The system offers precise controllable capping pressure (50–500 N) with a pressure deviation ≤±5 N, ensuring tight seals between the aluminum cap and bottle mouth, maintaining bottle residual oxygen ≤1% when paired with nitrogen protection. Post-capping, the aluminum caps exhibit smooth edges without burrs, with even crimping (deviation ≤±0.2 mm) and no risk of aluminum shavings contaminating the product, meeting USP/EP/ChP sealing standards.

Capable of handling various types of capping forms including three-fold, four-fold, and roll-edge, it ensures structural stability post-capping, making it suitable for long-distance transportation and resistance against drops and vibrations. The system minimizes bottle breakage rates ≤0.005% through flexible capping heads and cushioned positioning designs, preventing damage to glass or plastic bottles due to excessive pressure.

Sterility and quality are maintained through tamper-proof electronic batch records (EBR), IQ/OQ/PQ validation packages, and use of 316L stainless steel and PTFE for parts in contact with materials, ensuring zero leachables and easy cleaning. The system supports CIP online cleaning, has no dead zones, and features a surface roughness of Ra ≤0.4 μm to prevent cross-contamination.

Designed for flexibility, the system can integrate modules such as automatic feeding, capping, inspection, reducing material transfer steps and boosting efficiency. Quick changeover times (≤15 minutes) allow for rapid switching between container and cap specifications.
